Liquid Freezer (Fast Freezer)
This is the revolutionary newest freezer comparing to the vapor freezer.
Conventional freezer freeze products through air or by contacting with product directly which has low efficiency and effect.
We use food grade special refrigerating media as the media to freeze product. First we freeze the media with common refrigeartion unit, because of the media's low specific heat and low frozen point: -114° C, the media can be frozen to lower than -40° C, it is the very deep temperature in which we can get more efficency and effect. Then we can submerge product into the frozen media, wating for some minutes, getting them out. You will see that you will spend about as 1/20 time as that of conventional freezer because product is enwarped by the media every corner.
